How to Use
Following candle care helps ensure product quality and longevity:
- Trim the wick to 1/4″ before each lighting or once the candle has cooled
- Never attempt to trim a burning candle
- Discard the snipped portion in the trash and never leave wick trimmings in the jar
- Keep the wick centred and away from the sides of the vessel
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunnelling
- Once the candle’s gone, clean out the jar and reuse it as a planter or pencil holder
Safety First
- Never leave a candle burning unattended, near a draft, or within reach of children or pets
- Don’t burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time
- Don’t let the wick curl over, as this can create a larger than normal flame
