The Colour Market – Returns and Exchanges Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

We Do Not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds on the following products:

  • Gift cards.
  • Damaged or used products or products with damaged or worn packaging (to the exclusion of defective products).
  • Special order products (furniture, rugs, wallpaper).
  • Final sale products.

We will accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds on all other products.

Eligible Returns or Exchanges

We only accept returns to The Colour Market or Benjamin Moore Vancouver Broadway retail store.

Here is what you need to return an online purchase to a store:

  • The unused item in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts & accessories.
  • Photo ID matching Ship to/Bill to address.
  • The order e-receipt (printed copy or mobile device display).

Returns made within 30 days will receive a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Returns made between 31 to 60 days will receive a STORE CREDIT. If the amount of the return is less than $5.00, cash will be refunded.

Returns over 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept online exchanges at this time.

You can exchange a product purchased online simply by bringing it to The Colour Market or Benjamin Moore Vancouver Broadway retail store within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt.

Defective Products

We are happy to exchange or replace items if they are defective.  Please visit us in-store with the product or a product sample to demonstrate where the product defect has occurred.
